The Today screen: a one-word verdict for the month, the reasons under it, and this check’s plan
Today: the verdict and this check’s plan
Built for biweekly pay

Your money runs on paydays. Most apps run on months.

Twenty-six checks a year. Two months with a third one. Bills that come due between checks. Ample plans around all of it, so you always know what this check has to cover, what’s yours, and what it could be doing better.

Example calendar. Which months are yours depends on your payday.

What you get

A plan for every paycheck.

Every bill is matched to the check that pays it. On payday you see what’s covered, what’s going to savings, and what’s yours to spend.

What you get

Moves that make each check go further.

Ample’s AI reads your own bills, balances, and rates and finds opportunities — a bill that crept up, savings earning nothing, insurance you no longer need — each one a Move with the math attached. You tap Approve; Ample makes the change, hands you a short checklist, or writes the letter.

How it works

Ten minutes to your first plan.

  1. Connect your bank.

You sign in at your bank through Plaid. Ample gets a view of your accounts, nothing more.

  2. Tell it your payday.

When you’re paid and what a check brings home.

  3. Get your plan.

For this check, and every one after it — plus the first Moves it finds.

A Move, for example

The electric bill went up 24%. Ample noticed.

$27/moabout $330 a year
Usual bill
$115
Latest bill
$143
Change
+24%

Usual bill $115 → latest bill $143. That’s $27 a month, about $330 a year, back in your pocket once the rate plan is fixed.

Questions people ask

How much time does it take?

About ten minutes to connect a bank and enter your payday. After that, Ample updates itself every night and each time you open it. Most people check in on payday for a minute or two, and when a Move needs a tap.

Is my bank information safe?

You sign in at your bank, not in Ample, through Plaid — the connection thousands of banks and apps use. Ample can see balances and transactions; it cannot move money or open anything. Disconnect any time in Settings; delete your account and Ample’s copy goes with it. More in Security & privacy.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. When billing opens, $39 a year or $4.99 a month. Pro, which adds Moves and the longer-range tools, is $79 a year or $9.99 a month. No referral fees on anything Ample suggests; your subscription is the only way we make money. See pricing.

What is a Move?

A specific change Ample found in your own numbers, with the math attached: a bill that crept up, savings earning nothing, insurance you no longer need, a card payment timed a few days wrong. You tap Approve. Ample makes the change in your plan, hands you a short checklist, or writes the letter.

I’m paid weekly or twice a month — does it work?

Ample is built for biweekly pay first. Weekly works the same way, with five-check months instead of three. Twice-a-month and monthly schedules are in the pilot now; tell us how you are paid when you join so your view fits.

What if I cancel?

Cancel in two taps from Settings. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Export a copy of everything first if you want one, then delete your account and its data anytime. Bank connections are removed when you do.

Is Ample financial advice?

No. Ample does arithmetic on your own numbers and shows its work. Moves are suggestions with the math attached, for you to judge. Nothing on this site or in the app is individualized investment, tax or legal advice. See the disclaimer.
